Rick received a B.S. in Music Education from William Paterson University, Wayne, NJ, in 1976. He and his wife Pat have lived in
Windmill Harbor since 1995.
He has been teaching music in the Beaufort County School District for eight years, and is currently teaching at Hilton Head Elementary
School.
Rick has been performing with Terry Grant and All That Jazz on Thursdays at the Kingfisher since September, 1998. He also performs
with jazz vocalist Barbara Patterson at the Bourbon Street Bistro every Friday, and with the Original Port Royal Sound Dixieland Jazz
Band.
Prior to moving to South Carolina in 1995, he played in restaurants and clubs in the North Jersey / New York metro area.
